根据青杨天牛的发生规律,在3月、6月、9月及12月对不同品种杨树木质部和韧皮部主要次生代谢产物含量的变化规律进行分析,研究次生代谢产物含量与青杨天牛危害的关系,结果表明:不同品种杨树对青杨天牛的抗性差异显著,其抗性从强到弱的顺序为白林3号杨、小青黑杨、群众杨、晚花杨、黄快杨;在幼虫危害期(6月),各品种杨树木质部和韧皮部中的单宁、总酚及黄酮含量均高于幼虫越冬末期(3月),表明杨树在与害虫长期协同进化的过程中,能够通过不断调节次生代谢产物的含量以抵御昆虫的侵害。
根據青楊天牛的髮生規律,在3月、6月、9月及12月對不同品種楊樹木質部和韌皮部主要次生代謝產物含量的變化規律進行分析,研究次生代謝產物含量與青楊天牛危害的關繫,結果錶明:不同品種楊樹對青楊天牛的抗性差異顯著,其抗性從彊到弱的順序為白林3號楊、小青黑楊、群衆楊、晚花楊、黃快楊;在幼蟲危害期(6月),各品種楊樹木質部和韌皮部中的單寧、總酚及黃酮含量均高于幼蟲越鼕末期(3月),錶明楊樹在與害蟲長期協同進化的過程中,能夠通過不斷調節次生代謝產物的含量以牴禦昆蟲的侵害。

The main secondary metabolites contents change rule of different cultivars Populus xylem and phloem was ana-lyzed in March, June, September and December according to the regularity rule of Saperda populnea.The relationship of secondary metabolites contents and Saperda populnea harm was studied.The result showed that the resistant differences of different cultivars Populus to Saperda populnea was significant.The resistance arrangement from strong to weak was Populus בBailin-3’, Populus psedosimonii ×P.nigra cv.‘Baicheng’, Populus simonii ×(Populus pyramidalis +Salix matsu-dana) cv.Poplaris, Populus ×eurameicana cv.‘Serotina’ , Populus simonii ×P.deltoids cv.‘Huangkuai’ .The tannin, total phenols and flavone content of each cultivars Populus xylem and phloem in larvae harm period ( June) were higher than late larvae overwintering period ( March) .It demonstrated that Populus can resistr pest through adjusting secondary metabo-lites contents constantly in the process of long-term cooperative coevolution with pests.
