根据JCI标准中对患者与家属教育的相关条款，依照其教育标准和衡量要素，建立了针对患者与家属的全员动员教育模式，实现了对患者与家属教育的无缝化衔接，提高了患者与家属对疾病的认知及其应对能力和其满意度；通过该院各类医务人员共同协作所建立的标准化医患教育模式，还避免了各类医务人员由于其能力、知识水平不同所带来的教育效果上的偏差，使医疗质量与医疗安全得到进一步保障。

In accordance with the clauses related to patients and family members in JCI standards and relevant education standards and measuring elements, an all-member mobilization and education model for patients and family members is established, which realizes seamless connection between the educations of patients and family members and improves their cognition on diseases, coping capacity, and satisfaction. The standardized doctor-patient education model jointly set up by various medical personnel avoids deviation from education effect brought about by different abilities and knowledge levels of medical personnel and thus further guarantees medical quality and safety.
