利用温室环境对长白山野生野火球进行播种、扦插、组织培养繁殖技术研究,结果表明:种子发芽率45%,移栽成活率90%以上;扦插成活率为95%以上;以植株新发出的嫩芽作为外植体,在适宜的启动、增值、生根培养基上,河沙作移栽基质进行炼苗,移栽存活率为70%。在3种繁殖方法中,扦插繁殖具有成活率较高、繁殖周期短、生产季节长、生产成本低等优点。
利用溫室環境對長白山野生野火毬進行播種、扢插、組織培養繁殖技術研究,結果錶明:種子髮芽率45%,移栽成活率90%以上;扢插成活率為95%以上;以植株新髮齣的嫩芽作為外植體,在適宜的啟動、增值、生根培養基上,河沙作移栽基質進行煉苗,移栽存活率為70%。在3種繁殖方法中,扢插繁殖具有成活率較高、繁殖週期短、生產季節長、生產成本低等優點。
이용온실배경대장백산야생야화구진행파충、천삽、조직배양번식기술연구,결과표명:충자발아솔45%,이재성활솔90%이상;천삽성활솔위95%이상;이식주신발출적눈아작위외식체,재괄의적계동、증치、생근배양기상,하사작이재기질진행련묘,이재존활솔위70%。재3충번식방법중,천삽번식구유성활솔교고、번식주기단、생산계절장、생산성본저등우점。
The sowing, cottage and tissue culture breeding technology were studied to wild Trifolium lupinaster of Changbai Mountain by using the greenhouse environment.The result showed that the rate of emergence was 45%, survival rate of transplanting was beyond 90%and the survival rate of cottage was beyond 95%.The seedling hardening was carried on the medium which was suitable for start, multiplication and rooting.The new buds and river sand were taken as explant and transplant medium.The survival rate of transplanting was 70%.The cottage breeding has the advantage of high survival rate, short breeding period, long production season and low production cost in three breeding methods.
