目的：研究分化型甲状腺癌患者行 DTC 术中中央区淋巴结清扫的临床意义及作用分析。方法选择因甲状腺癌行中央区淋巴结清扫手术的200例(220侧)患者为研究对象进行实验研究。将所有患者在术前进行系统性检查,按照临床分类标准将所有患者分为淋巴结阴性( cNO)和淋巴结阳性( cN+)两组,对所有患者患病部位进行中央区淋巴结清扫手术,观察并记录各组患者的术后疗效及病理效果。结果在研究的200例患者术后中央区淋巴转移特点比较,患者Ⅵ区的转移率最高,差异有显著性。结论在常见的甲状腺癌淋巴结清扫手术中,DTC术中扫除淋巴结转移的效果更明显,应在临床手术中针对其进行常规清扫。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance and role of differentiated thyroid cancer patients with cen-tral line during DTC lymph node dissection. Method select 2012 June-2014 year in December during my hospital for 200 cases of thyroid carcinoma operation of central lymph node dissection (220 sides) were selected as research ob-ject to conduct the experimental study. All patients were systemic examination before operation, according to clinical classification standard of all patients were divided into lymph node negative ( cNO) and positive lymph nodes ( cN+) of 2 groups, all patients were on the sick part of central lymph node dissection surgery, observe and record the effect of patients in each group after operation and pathological effect. Result in the study of 200 cases of patients with postoperative central lymph metastasis characteristics are compared, the highest rate in patients with metastases District VI, significant difference has statistics significance. Conclusion in thyroid cancer lymph node dissection in common operation, intraoperative DTC cleaning lymph node metastasis effect is more apparent, should be in the clinical operation for the routine cleaning.
