以三层实木复合地板为对象,探讨阻燃剂对其生产工艺的影响,结果表明:芯板、背板浸渍阻燃剂时,单板的增重率随着浸渍时间的延长而增加,当浸渍时间超过30 min后,增重率增加不明显;随着阻燃剂施加量增加氧指数增大,含水率、静曲强度随着施加量增加而降低;含水率、静曲强度、甲醛释放量和氧指数随着涂胶量的增加而增大;热压温度和热压时间对含水率、静曲强度、甲醛释放量和氧指数影响不明显。最佳热压工艺条件为:阻燃剂施加量8%,涂胶量360g· m-2,热压温度120℃,热压时间12 min。
以三層實木複閤地闆為對象,探討阻燃劑對其生產工藝的影響,結果錶明:芯闆、揹闆浸漬阻燃劑時,單闆的增重率隨著浸漬時間的延長而增加,噹浸漬時間超過30 min後,增重率增加不明顯;隨著阻燃劑施加量增加氧指數增大,含水率、靜麯彊度隨著施加量增加而降低;含水率、靜麯彊度、甲醛釋放量和氧指數隨著塗膠量的增加而增大;熱壓溫度和熱壓時間對含水率、靜麯彊度、甲醛釋放量和氧指數影響不明顯。最佳熱壓工藝條件為:阻燃劑施加量8%,塗膠量360g· m-2,熱壓溫度120℃,熱壓時間12 min。
이삼층실목복합지판위대상,탐토조연제대기생산공예적영향,결과표명:심판、배판침지조연제시,단판적증중솔수착침지시간적연장이증가,당침지시간초과30 min후,증중솔증가불명현;수착조연제시가량증가양지수증대,함수솔、정곡강도수착시가량증가이강저;함수솔、정곡강도、갑철석방량화양지수수착도효량적증가이증대;열압온도화열압시간대함수솔、정곡강도、갑철석방량화양지수영향불명현。최가열압공예조건위:조연제시가량8%,도효량360g· m-2,열압온도120℃,열압시간12 min。
The effect of fire retardants on manufacturing technique was discussed by taking the three layers solid wood reu-niting floor as the subject.The result showed that weight gain rate of veneer increased along with the prolonging of the im-pregnation time when the cross-band veneer and back layer dipped the fire retardants.The increase of weight gain rate was not evident when the impregnation time surpassed 30 minutes.The oxygen index increased along with the increase of adding fire retardants.Nevertheless, the moisture content and static bending intensity was opposite with oxygen index.The mois-ture content, static bending intensity, formaldehyde emission and oxygen index increased along with the glue-spread.The effect of hot pressing temperature and time on moisture content, static bending intensity, formaldehyde emission amount and oxygen index was not obvious.The best hot-pressing technology was fire retardants amount 8%, glue-spread 360g· m-2 , hot pressing temperature 120℃and hot pressing time 12min.
