目的：调查参加2014年高考的应届、往届考生考前心理状态，为其心理辅导提供参考依据。方法采用随机数字法选取2014年天水市应届考生及往届高中毕业生各184名为调查对象，采用状态-特质焦虑问卷（STAI）、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组考生进行考前测评。结果①SAI 评分应届考生高于往届考生，差异有统计学意义[（58.38±7.88）分 vs.（58.38±7.88）分，（P <0.05）]；而 TAI 评分往届考生高于应届考生，差异有统计学意义[（48.97±8.28）分 vs.（50.24±6.29）分，（P <0.05）]；②PSQI 评分往届考生高于应届考生，差异有统计学意义[（12.38±5.37）分 vs.（15.08±5.70）分，（P <0.01）]；③SAS 和 HAMA 评分往届考生高于应届考生[（53.46±6.48）分 vs.（55.18±4.94）分]、[（13.87±1.53）分 vs.（1.23±1.62）分]（P 均<0.01）。结论高考生参加高考前均出现明显的焦虑症状，且往届考生较应届考生更明显、检出率高，同时往届考生睡眠质量明显较应届考生差。

목적：조사삼가2014년고고적응계、왕계고생고전심리상태，위기심리보도제공삼고의거。방법채용수궤수자법선취2014년천수시응계고생급왕계고중필업생각184명위조사대상，채용상태-특질초필문권（STAI）、필자보수면질량지수（PSQI）、초필자평량표（SAS）、한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）대량조고생진행고전측평。결과①SAI 평분응계고생고우왕계고생，차이유통계학의의[（58.38±7.88）분 vs.（58.38±7.88）분，（P <0.05）]；이 TAI 평분왕계고생고우응계고생，차이유통계학의의[（48.97±8.28）분 vs.（50.24±6.29）분，（P <0.05）]；②PSQI 평분왕계고생고우응계고생，차이유통계학의의[（12.38±5.37）분 vs.（15.08±5.70）분，（P <0.01）]；③SAS 화 HAMA 평분왕계고생고우응계고생[（53.46±6.48）분 vs.（55.18±4.94）분]、[（13.87±1.53）분 vs.（1.23±1.62）분]（P 균<0.01）。결론고고생삼가고고전균출현명현적초필증상，차왕계고생교응계고생경명현、검출솔고，동시왕계고생수면질량명현교응계고생차。
Objective To investigate the fresh/ former to attend the university entrance exam 2014 to reveal their mental state and provide psychological counseling to those who obviously have psychological problems. Methods The 2014 Tianshui graduating ex-aminee 184 and previous high school graduates in 184 as the research object,by using the State - Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self - rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before the evaluation of two groups of staff. Results ①The SAI scores of the fresh was higher than the former candidates[(58. 38 ± 7. 88)vs.(58. 38 ± 7. 88),(P < 0. 05)],and the TAI scores of the former candidates was higher than the fresh candidates[(48. 97 ± 8. 28)vs.(50. 24 ± 6. 29),(P < 0. 05)]. ②The PSQI score of the former candidates was higher than the fresh candidates[(12. 38 ± 5. 37)vs.(15. 08 ± 5. 70),(P < 0. 01)]. ③SAS and HAMA scores of the former candidates were higher than the fresh candidates[(53. 46 ± 6. 48) vs.(55. 18 ± 4. 94),(P < 0. 01)][(13. 87 ± 1. 53)vs.(1. 23 ± 1. 62),(P < 0. 01)]. Conclusion The college entrance examina-tion students participate in college entrance examination before appeared obvioussymptoms of anxiety,and the previous candidates is graduating examinee more obvious,high detection rate,at the same time,the sleep quality was significantly higher than the previous candidates graduating examinee difference.
