目的:评估谷氨酰胺联合肠道微生态制剂对食管癌患者术后体液免疫的影响。方法将行食管癌手术的90例患者随机分为实验组(45例)和对照组(45例),术后当日均开始给予肠内营养,其中实验组术后在常规肠内营养的基础上于第1~5天加用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液及金双歧片,对照组仅给予常规肠内营养。于术前,术后第2天、第7天分别检测患者的体液免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)。结果实验组 IgM、IgG 水平在术后第7天分别为(14.89±1.77)g/L、(2.30±0.63)g/L,明显高于对照组的(11.41±2.11)g/L、(2.18±0.77)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论丙胺酰谷氨酰胺及肠道微生态制剂联合肠内营养支持可以改善食管癌患者术后体液免疫状况。
目的:評估穀氨酰胺聯閤腸道微生態製劑對食管癌患者術後體液免疫的影響。方法將行食管癌手術的90例患者隨機分為實驗組(45例)和對照組(45例),術後噹日均開始給予腸內營養,其中實驗組術後在常規腸內營養的基礎上于第1~5天加用丙氨酰穀氨酰胺註射液及金雙歧片,對照組僅給予常規腸內營養。于術前,術後第2天、第7天分彆檢測患者的體液免疫指標(IgA、IgG、IgM)。結果實驗組 IgM、IgG 水平在術後第7天分彆為(14.89±1.77)g/L、(2.30±0.63)g/L,明顯高于對照組的(11.41±2.11)g/L、(2.18±0.77)g/L,差異均有統計學意義(P <0.05)。結論丙胺酰穀氨酰胺及腸道微生態製劑聯閤腸內營養支持可以改善食管癌患者術後體液免疫狀況。
목적:평고곡안선알연합장도미생태제제대식관암환자술후체액면역적영향。방법장행식관암수술적90례환자수궤분위실험조(45례)화대조조(45례),술후당일균개시급여장내영양,기중실험조술후재상규장내영양적기출상우제1~5천가용병안선곡안선알주사액급금쌍기편,대조조부급여상규장내영양。우술전,술후제2천、제7천분별검측환자적체액면역지표(IgA、IgG、IgM)。결과실험조 IgM、IgG 수평재술후제7천분별위(14.89±1.77)g/L、(2.30±0.63)g/L,명현고우대조조적(11.41±2.11)g/L、(2.18±0.77)g/L,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론병알선곡안선알급장도미생태제제연합장내영양지지가이개선식관암환자술후체액면역상황。
Objective To evaluate the effect of alanyl -glutamine and microecological preparations on postoperative humoral immune function of patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods 90 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Both groups received standard enteralnutrition,and patients in study group were smi-ultaneously added with alanylglutamine solution (20 g per day)and intestine microecologic agents (golden bifido)after the oper-ation,but the control group did not receive those.The IgA,IgG and IgMwere measured on preoperative,the 2nd and 7th postoper-ative day.Results The levels of IgM,IgG were (14.89 ±1.77)g/L,(2.30 ±0.63)g/L in the study group on the 7th postop-erative day,which were significantly higher than those in control group (11.41 ±2.11 )g/L,(2.18 ±0.77)g/L (All P <0.05).Conclusion Alanyl -glutamine and microecological preparations can improve postoperative intestinal mucosal barrieral function and humoral immune function in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
