目的:建立覆盆子改善肾阳虚型痴呆活性成分山奈酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamon-sil C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(30∶70),流速1 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长266nm,进样量20μL。结果:山奈酚质量在0.0782~5.000μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.50%, RSD=2.1%。结论:试验方法简便、快速、实验结果准确可靠,该方法可作为覆盆子有效成分山奈酚含量测定的方法。
目的:建立覆盆子改善腎暘虛型癡呆活性成分山奈酚的含量測定方法。方法:採用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Diamon-sil C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),流動相:乙腈-0.1%燐痠水(30∶70),流速1 mL/min,柱溫30℃,檢測波長266nm,進樣量20μL。結果:山奈酚質量在0.0782~5.000μg範圍內與峰麵積呈良好的線性關繫(r=0.9999),平均加樣迴收率為99.50%, RSD=2.1%。結論:試驗方法簡便、快速、實驗結果準確可靠,該方法可作為覆盆子有效成分山奈酚含量測定的方法。
목적:건립복분자개선신양허형치태활성성분산내분적함량측정방법。방법:채용고효액상색보법。색보주위Diamon-sil C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),류동상:을정-0.1%린산수(30∶70),류속1 mL/min,주온30℃,검측파장266nm,진양량20μL。결과:산내분질량재0.0782~5.000μg범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9999),평균가양회수솔위99.50%, RSD=2.1%。결론:시험방법간편、쾌속、실험결과준학가고,해방법가작위복분자유효성분산내분함량측정적방법。
Objective:To establish method for the quantitative determination of anti-aging active ingredient kaempferol in Rubus Chin-gii Hu.Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography.The column was Diamonsil C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid in water (30∶70),flow rate:1mL/min, column temperature:30℃, detection wavelength:266nm, the injection volume:20μL.Results:The quality of Kaempferol ranged from 0.0782μg to 5.000μg.Peak area showed a good linear relationship ( r=0.9999) and the average sample recovery rate was 99.50%, RSD=2.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used as an effective method for the quantitative determination of anti -aging active ingredient kaempferol in Rubus Chingii Hu.
