从传统教育的弊端入手,就“体验”这个新视角,对心理培训的内涵、目的、互动模式以及4种教育理念的转化等进行深入探讨,从而建构出一套全方位、多层次、立体化的体验式心理培训模式。为信息化时代背景下教师教育发展探索新路径,也为新课程改革注入新活力,更为教师心理优化与专业成长增添其时代性内涵。

종전통교육적폐단입수,취“체험”저개신시각,대심리배훈적내함、목적、호동모식이급4충교육이념적전화등진행심입탐토,종이건구출일투전방위、다층차、입체화적체험식심리배훈모식。위신식화시대배경하교사교육발전탐색신로경,야위신과정개혁주입신활력,경위교사심리우화여전업성장증첨기시대성내함。
The disadvantages of traditional education were reviewed,the new perspective of experience was adopted,to discuss psychological tralning connotation,objectives,interactive mode and transformation of four types of education ideas.The ultimate goal was to assemble an experiential psychological tralning mode which is comprehensive in range,multi-level,and three-dimensional.The alm was to develop new perspectives for teacher education development, to inject new vitality into new curriculum reform, and to modernize psychological optimization and professional development of teachers.
