本文以2006—2012年《江西卫生统计年鉴》为依据，对江西省乡镇卫生院的床位、卫生技术人员、注册护士等卫生资源的配置进行了分析研究，得出近几年，江西乡镇卫生院的卫生资源配置有很大的提升，但与城市医院相比还有很大差距，探讨问题存在的原因并提出了解决问题的方法与策略。

This article took 2006 to 2012 statistical yearbook of Jiangxi "health"as the basis, the beds, health and technical person-nel, registered nurses and other health resources allocation of the township health centers in Jiangxi province are analyzed.It was con-cluded that in recent years, the allocation of health resources in township hospitals in Jiangxi were greatly improved, but there is a big gap between the city and the the hospital.This article is to explore the causes of the problems and puts forward the method and strategy of problem solving.
