目的:研究荷叶水提物对高脂血症小鼠的降血脂作用。方法:将昆明小鼠随机分成六组,即空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、低剂量组(5g/kg)、中剂量组(10g/kg)、高剂量组(20g/kg),除空白组外,其他组均造成高脂血症模型,并且给予相应的药物,分别测定各组小鼠的TC、TG和HDL-C含量。结果:荷叶水提物能显著降低TC、TG水平,同时增高HDL-C水平。结论:荷叶水提物具有显著的降血脂作用。

목적:연구하협수제물대고지혈증소서적강혈지작용。방법:장곤명소서수궤분성륙조,즉공백조、모형조、양성대조조、저제량조(5g/kg)、중제량조(10g/kg)、고제량조(20g/kg),제공백조외,기타조균조성고지혈증모형,병차급여상응적약물,분별측정각조소서적TC、TG화HDL-C함량。결과:하협수제물능현저강저TC、TG수평,동시증고HDL-C수평。결론:하협수제물구유현저적강혈지작용。
Objective:To study the antihyperlipidenmia effect of aqueous extract of lotus leaf on miceˊs lipids with hyperlipidemia.Meth-ods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups, including blank group, model group, positive control group, low does group (5g/kg aqueous extract of lotus leaf), middle does group (10g/kg), high does group (20g/kg), in addition to blank group, the other groups were established to became hyperlipidemia mice, and gave appropriate medicine, then determine the content of TC, TG, HDL-C.Results:Aqueous extract of lotus leaf could significantly decrease TC and TG levels, at the same time it could also rise the HDL-C level.Conclusion:Aqueous extract of lotus leaf show notable reducing blood lipid of mice.
