目的：观察并分析舒适护理在胆结石患者护理中的应用。方法选取2013年7月～2014年7月期间收治的胆结石患者共86例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。两组患者均通过手术治疗，并在围术期给予常规的日常护理。除此之外，观察组患者予以舒适护理。统计治疗效果，调查护理满意度。结果观察组有效率95．34％，对照组为81．39％（P＜0．05）。观察组护理满意率为95．34％，对照组为79．07％（P＜0．05）。结论舒适护理较常规护理、传统护理相比临床效果显著，患者满意度高。
목적：관찰병분석서괄호리재담결석환자호리중적응용。방법선취2013년7월～2014년7월기간수치적담결석환자공86례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조43례。량조환자균통과수술치료，병재위술기급여상규적일상호리。제차지외，관찰조환자여이서괄호리。통계치료효과，조사호리만의도。결과관찰조유효솔95．34％，대조조위81．39％（P＜0．05）。관찰조호리만의솔위95．34％，대조조위79．07％（P＜0．05）。결론서괄호리교상규호리、전통호리상비림상효과현저，환자만의도고。
Objective To observe and analyze the application of comfortable nursing in gallstones nursingandexplorethevalueofitsapplicationresearch.Methods 86casesintotalwereselecteda-mong all patients with gallstones received and cured by the hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 .Through the method of randomization , all patients were divided into observation group and control group , 43 cases for each group .Two groups of patients were treated by operation and were given daily routine nursing in perioperative period.In addition, the patients in the observation group were given comfort care .Treat-ment effect was evaluated and nursing satisfaction was investigated .Results In the observation group , the effective rate was 95.34%while control group 81.39%(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95 .34%while control group 79 .07%( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Compared with routine care and traditional nursing , the clinical curative effect of comfort care is significant and the satis-faction rate of patients is high , therefore worthy of promotion .
