目的:探讨尿β2-微球蛋白与尿肌酐比值诊断早期肾功能损伤的临床价值。方法选取2013年1—12月接受治疗的142例早期肾功能损伤患者作为研究组,选取同期体检的正常志愿者86例作为对照组,对比2组患者的尿β2-微球蛋白与尿肌酐比值。结果研究组患者的尿β2-微球蛋白、血清胱抑素 C 以及尿肌酐含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组β2-微球蛋白与尿肌酐比值明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),2组错误判断率都很低,差异不具有统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论尿β2-微球蛋白与尿肌酐比值能够有效、快捷、准确地诊断早期肾功能损伤。

목적:탐토뇨β2-미구단백여뇨기항비치진단조기신공능손상적림상개치。방법선취2013년1—12월접수치료적142례조기신공능손상환자작위연구조,선취동기체검적정상지원자86례작위대조조,대비2조환자적뇨β2-미구단백여뇨기항비치。결과연구조환자적뇨β2-미구단백、혈청광억소 C 이급뇨기항함량명현고우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05);연구조β2-미구단백여뇨기항비치명현고우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P <0.05),2조착오판단솔도흔저,차이불구유통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론뇨β2-미구단백여뇨기항비치능구유효、쾌첩、준학지진단조기신공능손상。
ABSTRACT:Objective To discuss the clinical value of urinaryβ2-microglobulin/creatinine ratio in the diagnosis of early renal dysfunction.Methods One hundred and forty-two patients who re-ceived treatment between January and December 2013 for early renal dysfunction were selected as the study group,and 86 normal volunteers who received physical examination during the same pe-riod as the control group.The urinary β2-microglobulin/creatinine ratio was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the levels of urinaryβ2-microglobulin,ser-um cystatin C and urinary creatinine and the β2-microglobulin/creatinine ratio significantly in-creased in study group (P <0.05).The misjudgement rate was low in both groups,and was not significantly different between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Urinaryβ2-microglobulin/creatinine ratio can be used to effectively,rapidly and accurately diagnose early renal dysfunction.
