钻井噪声对工作人员健康和生活具有不良影响。通过对胜利油田21支井队钻井设备噪声现场实测与分析发现,井场噪声源分散分布,噪声值连续变化范围在73.2~109.4 dB,机房的噪声值最大,可达到109.4 dB,钻井泵房的最大噪声值97.3 dB,钻台处噪声最大值93.4 dB;3200 m 井深钻机钻台处噪声最大,超过90 dB,随井深增加噪声值下降,并会趋于稳定。通过合理规划井场布局、优选采用网电钻井技术、在主要设备及井场周围安装隔声板等措施可以减少钻井噪声。
鑽井譟聲對工作人員健康和生活具有不良影響。通過對勝利油田21支井隊鑽井設備譟聲現場實測與分析髮現,井場譟聲源分散分佈,譟聲值連續變化範圍在73.2~109.4 dB,機房的譟聲值最大,可達到109.4 dB,鑽井泵房的最大譟聲值97.3 dB,鑽檯處譟聲最大值93.4 dB;3200 m 井深鑽機鑽檯處譟聲最大,超過90 dB,隨井深增加譟聲值下降,併會趨于穩定。通過閤理規劃井場佈跼、優選採用網電鑽井技術、在主要設備及井場週圍安裝隔聲闆等措施可以減少鑽井譟聲。

Drilling noise has a bad impact on health and life of staff.Through field testing and ana-lyzing drilling equipment noise in 21 drilling well site in Shengli Oilfield,it is found that noise source in the well site distributes scatteredly.The value of drilling noise constantly ranges from 73.2 dB to 109.4 dB,the largest noise of engine room can achieve 109.4 dB,the maximum noise value of drilling pumping room is 97.3 dB,and the noise at drilling floor can reach 93.4 dB.The rig with 3 200 m drilling depth can produce the highest noise,which exceeds 90 dB,and the noise will decrease with the increase of depth,then tend to stabilize at last.For the purpose of reducing noise,well site layout can be arranged reasonably,electrical power drilling technique and install insulation board around the main equipment and well site can be taken use of preferably.
