互联网的发展正在改变人们学习的方式、习惯，推动教育模式的变革。当前大学生的主体为“90后”甚至“95后”，他们的思维、观念、接受信息的媒介等也呈现出不同的特点。高校辅导员作为大学生人文素质教育的重要主体，需要根据网络时代的特征及当前大学生的特点创新人文素质教育的形式，从教育的内容、媒介、方式等开展创新，才能真正提升大学生的人文素养，促进大学生的“精神成人”。

The development of Internet is changing the learning way and habits of people,and promoting the reform of educational mode. The subject of current college students is〝after 90s〝,or even〝after 95s〝. Their thinking,ideas, and the media to accept the information also show different characteristics. College counselors as an important subject of humanities quality education of college students,should innovate the form of humanistic quality education according to the characteristic of the network era and the present college students,and carry out the innovation from the educational con-tent,medias and methods,so as to deeply promote college studentsˊhumanistic literacy and make students 〝mature in spirit〝.
