本文提出了详细的处理含Cr6+电镀废水处理工艺,采用了化学还原沉淀处理法,确定了焦亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,当溶液pH保持在2.0,焦亚硫酸钠的用量为14.95 g/L时,Cr6+能够被完全还原为Cr3+;当溶液pH值为8.0,沉淀效果最好,Cr3+去除率可达到99.8%。这对实际的工程操作具有指导意义。
本文提齣瞭詳細的處理含Cr6+電鍍廢水處理工藝,採用瞭化學還原沉澱處理法,確定瞭焦亞硫痠鈉作為還原劑,噹溶液pH保持在2.0,焦亞硫痠鈉的用量為14.95 g/L時,Cr6+能夠被完全還原為Cr3+;噹溶液pH值為8.0,沉澱效果最好,Cr3+去除率可達到99.8%。這對實際的工程操作具有指導意義。

In this paper,chemical reduction and precipitation method was used to treat the electro-plate wastewater which contained high level of chromium( VI ),and some parameters were deter-mined through experiments. In this method,sodium metabisulfite was used as the reducing agent. When the pH of the solution was controlled at 2 . 0 ,and the dosage of sodium metabisulfite was 14 . 95 g/L,almost all the chromium( VI)could be reduced into chromium(Ⅲ);then when the pH was adjusted to 8. 0,99. 8% of chromium(Ⅲ)could be precipitated and removed. The result of this study could be helpful reference for engineering practices.
