随着互联网技术的发展，网络反腐成为公民实施监督权的一种有效方式。在有效打击腐败的同时，一些问题也随之产生，如网络反腐中的言论自由权与政府官员的隐私权之间极易产生冲突。如何平衡和协调好网络反腐和官员隐私权之间的关系，保护因网络反腐而受到侵害的官员隐私权权益，就成为一个亟待研究和解决的问题。对于网络反腐与官员隐私权的协调保护，应坚持禁止权利滥用原则、利益平衡原则和比例原则，并从限制官员隐私权的保护范围、完善相关法律法规和增强公民对官员隐私权的尊重和保护意识等路径保护官员的隐私权。
隨著互聯網技術的髮展，網絡反腐成為公民實施鑑督權的一種有效方式。在有效打擊腐敗的同時，一些問題也隨之產生，如網絡反腐中的言論自由權與政府官員的隱私權之間極易產生遲突。如何平衡和協調好網絡反腐和官員隱私權之間的關繫，保護因網絡反腐而受到侵害的官員隱私權權益，就成為一箇亟待研究和解決的問題。對于網絡反腐與官員隱私權的協調保護，應堅持禁止權利濫用原則、利益平衡原則和比例原則，併從限製官員隱私權的保護範圍、完善相關法律法規和增彊公民對官員隱私權的尊重和保護意識等路徑保護官員的隱私權。
수착호련망기술적발전，망락반부성위공민실시감독권적일충유효방식。재유효타격부패적동시，일사문제야수지산생，여망락반부중적언론자유권여정부관원적은사권지간겁역산생충돌。여하평형화협조호망락반부화관원은사권지간적관계，보호인망락반부이수도침해적관원은사권권익，취성위일개극대연구화해결적문제。대우망락반부여관원은사권적협조보호，응견지금지권리람용원칙、이익평형원칙화비례원칙，병종한제관원은사권적보호범위、완선상관법율법규화증강공민대관원은사권적존중화보호의식등로경보호관원적은사권。
With the development of Internet,Network Anti-corruption became one kind of new civil implementation supervision right of way.In effectively combating corruption at the same time,some problems have emerged,such as between the right to freedom of speech in the network of corruption and government official's right of privacy is extremely easy to produce conflict.How to balance and coordinate between the network of corruption and official privacy interests,protection and privacy rights are infringed officials because of network anti-corruption,has become an urgent need to study and solve problems.The coordination of protection for the network of corruption and official of the right to privacy,should adhere to the principle of prohibition of abuse of rights,interests balance principle and the proportion principle,and from the scope of protection of privacy,restriction of officials and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the citizen right of privacy on officials to respect and protect consciousness path protection officials privacy.
