对成都市温江区21所中小学图书馆建设情况进行了全面的实地调查，分析了其发展的不足，进而用统筹兼顾、协同发展的理念，遵循“分散建设、统一检索、资源共享”的原则，着力探讨区域性中小学图书馆的联盟发展模式。

This paper makes a field survey on the construction of 21 primary and middle schoolsˊlibraries of Wen-jiang District of Chengdu City,analyzes the deficiency in development,and discusses the regional alliance development model of primary and middle schoolsˊlibraries under the guidance of the concept of overall consideration and cooperative development and the principle of〝decentralized construction,unified searching,resource sharing〝.
