在核算石油加工企业温室气体排放清单时,我国多采用或借鉴美国石油学会《石油和天然气行业温室气体排放方法纲要》推荐的、以氢气单位体积产率为基础计算的制氢装置 CO 2排放因子4.736 t CO 2/104 m3 H 2。由于国际上对气体标准状况的定义存在不同,且原料天然气组分存在差异,建议在国内使用时将该排放因子修正为5.122 t CO 2/104 m3 H 2。

In the calculation of greenhouse gas emission inventories of petroleum refining companies in China,the carbon dioxide emissions factor of refinery hydrogen plant,473.6 tonnes CO 2/10 6 m3 H 2 produced,recommended in the American Petroleum Institute’s Compendium of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Methodologies for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry ,is widely applied or referenced in China.Since the emission factor is based on hydrogen volume,and the definitions of standard temper-ature and pressure (STP)are different between the United States and China,besides,the feed gas compositions are also different,it was recommended that the emission factor should be amended to 5 12.2 tonnes CO 2/10 6 m3 H 2 produced when used in China.
