利用1988—2012年城市非农人口数据，运用城市首位度指数、位序－规模法则、城市基尼指数等方法分析了河南省城市体系规模结构的演变。研究结果表明：河南省城市体系规模结构合理；城市规模结构符合位序－规模法则，各等级城市规模稳步增长，呈现竞争激烈的发展态势；城市体系规模结构属首位分布和位序－规模分布的过渡类型，首位城市郑州有相当大的发展空间，第二、第三位城市（洛阳、商丘）实际规模与理论规模也有差距。今后应加快交通网络建设，分类指导，重点促进首位城市郑州的产业升级和现代服务业发展，完善县城基础设施建设，形成城市体系发展的拉力和推力，进一步促进河南省城市体系规模结构优化。
이용1988—2012년성시비농인구수거，운용성시수위도지수、위서－규모법칙、성시기니지수등방법분석료하남성성시체계규모결구적연변。연구결과표명：하남성성시체계규모결구합리；성시규모결구부합위서－규모법칙，각등급성시규모은보증장，정현경쟁격렬적발전태세；성시체계규모결구속수위분포화위서－규모분포적과도류형，수위성시정주유상당대적발전공간，제이、제삼위성시（락양、상구）실제규모여이론규모야유차거。금후응가쾌교통망락건설，분류지도，중점촉진수위성시정주적산업승급화현대복무업발전，완선현성기출설시건설，형성성시체계발전적랍력화추력，진일보촉진하남성성시체계규모결구우화。
The paper collected the data of urban non-agricultural population for each city in Henan Province from 1998 to 2012, and analyzed the evolution of city-size structure of urban system by using city primacy index , rank-size rule and city Gini index .The results show that , the structure of urban system in Henan Province is ration-al.City-size structure in Henan Province is consistent with rank-size rule, each city is mounting up steadily and marked by the development of“try to overtake each other”.City-size structure is transitional type between primacy distribution and rank-size distribution .Zhengzhou , the primacy city of Henan Province , has sizable space for devel-opment .The size of the second city and the third city ( Luoyang and Shangqiu ) are also different from their theoretic size.Finally, some suggestions are presented , such as constructing traffic network rapidly , offering specific guid-ance for different cities , promoting upgrade of industry and development of modern service trade in Zhengzhou , per-fecting infrastructure of counties , thereby forming development drag and thrust of urban system to promote whole rise of city-size structure of urban system in Henan Province .
