为提高林业有害生物信息的管理水平以及远程诊断的可靠性,笔者以江西省为例,开发了一套省级林业有害生物监测预报系统。系统是基于计算机、网络、3S技术、信息管理系统等技术,通过对林业有害生物监测数据的处理,实现对林业有害生物发生情况的实时监测、定位跟踪、汇总分析和远程诊断,达到各级森防部门对监测数据的共享和信息的实时管理,实现监测预报信息集中化、精细化、图形化管理,提升监测预报准确性和科技水平,强化灾害应急处置能力。

위제고임업유해생물신식적관리수평이급원정진단적가고성,필자이강서성위례,개발료일투성급임업유해생물감측예보계통。계통시기우계산궤、망락、3S기술、신식관리계통등기술,통과대임업유해생물감측수거적처리,실현대임업유해생물발생정황적실시감측、정위근종、회총분석화원정진단,체도각급삼방부문대감측수거적공향화신식적실시관리,실현감측예보신식집중화、정세화、도형화관리,제승감측예보준학성화과기수평,강화재해응급처치능력。
Jiangxi Province was made as an example, a set of systems for monitoring and forecasting the provincial forest pest and disasters was developed to improve the management level of forest pest and disasters information and the reliability of remote diagnosis. The system is based on computer, network, 3S technologies, management information system and other technologies, real time monitoring, location tracking, summary analysis and remote diagnosis of forest pest and disasters occurrences were achieved by processing the monitoring data of forest pest and disasters, in order to reach the goal of sharing monitoring data for departments at all levels and the real time management, realize the centralized, meticulous, graphical management of monitoring and forecasting information, enhance accuracy of monitoring and reporting and the level of science and technology, and strengthen the emergency ability to deal with disasters.
