目的 观察不同浓度七氟烷对幼年大鼠皮层脑电活动的影响.方法 选择出生14 d大鼠,建立大脑皮层脑电图(EEG)监测模型,将大鼠随机分为3组:对照组(D组)、低浓度七氟烷组(S1组)、高浓度七氟烷组(S2组).动物模型建立后持续记录EEG.D组只记录EEG不给予七氟烷麻醉;S1组吸入6.0%七氟烷麻醉诱导,2.1%维持;S2组吸入8.0%的七氟烷诱导,3.5%维持,七氟烷麻醉1h停止吸入.记录麻醉诱导期间及维持期间EEG棘波的振幅和频率.实验结束后取血采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定血清皮质酮浓度.结果 麻醉诱导期间S2组棘波频率及振幅显著高于S1组(P<0.05),麻醉维持期间S2组棘波频率高于D组(P<0.05).D组、S1、S2组的皮质酮浓度分别为(26.8±3.8)、(106.5±15.1)、(155.9±13.6) μg/L,S1、S2组与D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 七氟烷麻醉期间幼年大鼠皮层EEG可出现棘波,其机制可能与皮质酮有关.

Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane on neonatal rats electrocephalography (EEG) and the mechanism.Methods Thirty neonatal rats,aged 14 days,weighing 35-45 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups:without sevoflurane group (group C,n =10),low sevoflurane concentration group (group S1,n =10),high sevoflurane concentration group (group S2).Electroencephalogram recording started immediately after completion of the implant surgery.Anesthesia was induced with 6.0% sevoflurane over 3 min and maintained with 2.1% over 60 min in group S1.In group S2 anesthesia was induced with 8.0% sevoflurane and maintained with 3.5%.Acquisition of the EEG was performed using the Sirenia software.Sirenia Score programs were used for the EEG data analysis.Results As compared with group D and group S1,spike' s frequency and amplitude were significantly increased in group S2 during anesthesia induction.Spike' s frequency was higher in group S2 than group D during anesthesia maintenaed.The concentration of corticosterone among three groups were:26.8 ± 3.8,106.5 ± 15.1 and 155.9 ± 13.6,respectively.Compared with group D,the level of corticosterone were significantly increased in group S1 and group S2.Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia can induce spike EEG in 14-days rats,which may be induced by high level of corticosterone.
