欧阳枝磊主任中医师认为本病中医归属于“淋证”范畴，其病位主要在膀胱，与肾、肝、脾、心有关。病因病机主要在于虚、郁、瘀、湿（热），常相互夹杂，亦可相互影响，不同阶段各自轻重份量不同，当仔细辨证，随证治之。治疗以补益肝肾、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、清利湿热为法。
