目的:观察评估玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切割及光凝治疗Coats病导致玻璃体积血合并视网膜脱离的疗效。方法选择9例(9眼)因Coats病导致玻璃体积血合并视网膜脱离的入院患者,术前1周行玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗,联合后段玻璃体切割、视网膜切开放液、硅油眼内注入术,术中及术后视网膜光凝,术后随访5~24个月。结果术后视网膜复位9眼(100%),7眼保持术前视力,2眼术后视力提高。结论玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗联合玻璃体切割及光凝治疗Coats病引起的玻璃体积血合并视网膜脱离效果显著,并能有效保存及提高视力。

목적:관찰평고파리체강내주사뢰주단항연합파리체절할급광응치료Coats병도치파리체적혈합병시망막탈리적료효。방법선택9례(9안)인Coats병도치파리체적혈합병시망막탈리적입원환자,술전1주행파리체강내주사뢰주단항,연합후단파리체절할、시망막절개방액、규유안내주입술,술중급술후시망막광응,술후수방5~24개월。결과술후시망막복위9안(100%),7안보지술전시력,2안술후시력제고。결론파리체강내주사뢰주단항연합파리체절할급광응치료Coats병인기적파리체적혈합병시망막탈리효과현저,병능유효보존급제고시력。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy and photocoagulation in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment caused by Coatsdisease.Methods 9cases(9eyes)ofpatientswithCoatsdiseasewithvitreoushemorrhageand retinal detachment were selected and received intravitreal injection with ranibizumab one week before treatment combined with posterior vetrectomy , internal drainage of subretinal fluid , intraocular injection of silicone oil and photocoagulation before and after treatment .The follow-up after treatment was between 5 and 24 months .Results Retinal reattachment was restored in 9 eyes ( 100%) , in which 7 eyes re-tained their initial visual acuity and 2 eyes improved .Conclusion This therapy of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with vitrectomy and photocoagulation is effective in treatment of vitreous hemor-rhage and retinal detachment caused by Coats disease and can effectively maintain and increase visual a -cuity.
