目的：通过古文献的分析来揭示中医“见微知著”的深层含义；方法：从渊源追溯、医案举例、临床应用等方面来阐述“见微知著”有异于通常的解释；结果：“见微知著”的确切含义并不能被“以小见大”所涵盖；结论：除“以小见大”的含义外，“见微知著”还蕴含着对未来疾病动态的预测。

목적：통과고문헌적분석래게시중의“견미지저”적심층함의；방법：종연원추소、의안거례、림상응용등방면래천술“견미지저”유이우통상적해석；결과：“견미지저”적학절함의병불능피“이소견대”소함개；결론：제“이소견대”적함의외，“견미지저”환온함착대미래질병동태적예측。
Objective:To explore the profound meaning of the term "Jianwei Zhizhu".Methods: By making a complete analysis on ancient literatures, including tracing the original source, case example and clinical application , the author stated that the meaning of the term jian wei zhi zhu is different from the usual explanation .Results:The exact conception of the term is beyond the meaning of "inspecting mild parts to judge big parts". Conclusion:Except for"inspecting mild parts to judge big parts", the conception of this term also contains the meaning of "from the first small beginnings one can see how things will develop".
