目的：研究浙江省名中医王会仍中西医结合治疗哮喘的经验。方法：整理王会仍对支气管哮喘病因病机的认识，结合典型医案，分析王会仍对本病的辨证治疗特色和用药特点。结果：王会仍认为治疗哮喘当首辨虚实，急性发作期以实为主，治以温肺散寒、清泻肺热、化痰定喘；缓解期以虚为主，治以补肺固表、健脾益气、温肾纳气。结论：中西医结合是治疗支气管哮喘的重要方法，王会仍治疗本病取得良好效果，其经验具有参考价值。
목적：연구절강성명중의왕회잉중서의결합치료효천적경험。방법：정리왕회잉대지기관효천병인병궤적인식，결합전형의안，분석왕회잉대본병적변증치료특색화용약특점。결과：왕회잉인위치료효천당수변허실，급성발작기이실위주，치이온폐산한、청사폐열、화담정천；완해기이허위주，치이보폐고표、건비익기、온신납기。결론：중서의결합시치료지기관효천적중요방법，왕회잉치료본병취득량호효과，기경험구유삼고개치。
Objective:To study the zhejiang provincial famous Chinese medicine doctor Wang Huirengˊs experience for combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine of the treatment of asthma.Methods:Wang of bronchial asthma due to the understanding of the pathogenesis, combined with the typical basis, to analyze Wang Huirengˊs dialectical treatment characteristics and medication char-acteristic of the disease.Results:Wang Huireng think, treating the asthma should first distinguishes the deficiency and excess.Acute phase is excess, treatment with pulmonary lung heat, cold, phlegm asthma;catabasis is mainly defficiency, filling the lungs, spleen and replenishing qi, warming the kidney and the gas.Conclusion:the combination of Chinese and western medicine is an important method of treating bronchial asthma.Wang Huirengˊs treatment of this disease has obtained the good curative effect, which of reference value.
