目的：探讨辨体逐月养胎的临床效果。方法：选取我院2011年1月起至我院就诊并计划半年内怀孕的妇女共60例，随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，实验组采用辨体逐月养胎，对照组不做处理，两组均通过张路指数及新生儿行为神经测定法观察新生儿生长发育。结果：无论采用张路指数还是新生儿行为神经测定评价，实验组及对照组的指数结果相比，P值均＜0.01，具有显著统计学意义。结论：辨体逐月养胎法能有效促进新生儿体格及脑发育。
목적：탐토변체축월양태적림상효과。방법：선취아원2011년1월기지아원취진병계화반년내부잉적부녀공60례，수궤분위실험조화대조조각30례，실험조채용변체축월양태，대조조불주처리，량조균통과장로지수급신생인행위신경측정법관찰신생인생장발육。결과：무론채용장로지수환시신생인행위신경측정평개，실험조급대조조적지수결과상비，P치균＜0.01，구유현저통계학의의。결론：변체축월양태법능유효촉진신생인체격급뇌발육。
Objective:To investegate the effect of differentiation of individual in monthly fetus nurture.Methods:60 women who wanted to pregnant in half a year in our hospital from January 2011 till now were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given with monthly fetus nurture by differentiation of individual,and both of the two groups uesd Zhang-Lu index and Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment to evaluate the physical growth of newborns. Results:No matter use Zhang-Lu index or Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment, the results of the two groups were significant respectively( P<0.01) .Conclusions:Differentiation of individual in monthly fetus nurture has a good effect in promoting the growth of newborns.
