目的:对不同厂家所使用不同原材料制得的多批微晶纤维素进行聚合度测定,讨论不同原材料对微晶纤维素聚合度的影响。方法:采用粘度法对微晶纤维素的聚合度进行测定,方法稳定,装置及操作简单,结果可靠。结果:经过对9个国内外不同厂家所生产的25批微晶纤维素进行聚合度测定,结果均符合美国药典USP34-NF29的规定(≤300),但不同厂家之间的产品聚合度有一定差异性。结论:不同的原材料会对微晶纤维素的聚合度造成一定影响,其中以精制棉为原材料的微晶纤维素聚合度最高,范围在219~234;以纯棉纤维素为原材料的微晶纤维素聚合度最低,范围在87~95。

Objective:Different manufacturers use different raw materials to prepare batches of microcrystalline cellulose, this thesis fo-cuson determination of the degree of polymerization to discuss the impact of different raw materials.Methods: Viscosity measured the degree of polymerization of microcrystalline cellulose.The devices was simple operated and could get reliable results.Results: After the determination of the degree of polymerization of 25 batches of microcrystalline cellulose production in nine different manufacturers at home and abroad, the results were in line with the provisions of the United States Pharmacopoeia USP34-NF29 (≤300), but among different manufacturers of the products had a certain degree of polymerization differences.Conclusion:The degree of polymerization of different raw materials will impact microcrystalline cellulose.Refined cotton as the raw materials of microcrystalline cellulose has the highest degree of polymerization, range in the 219 to 234, while cotton cellulose as raw material has the lowest degree of polymerization to a minimum, in the range of 87 to 95.
