随着新型材料和治疗器械的日益进步和普及，牙科手术显微镜及显微根管器械已应用于牙体牙髓病科的日常诊疗工作中，显微根管治疗术已成为目前牙体牙髓病科治疗的常规诊疗手段，极大地提高了根管治疗术的成功率和应用范围，但尚有一些难治性病例需通过根尖手术进行治疗。与传统根尖手术相比，显微根尖手术由于治疗精确、创伤小、术后恢复快等优势亦逐步替代传统根尖手术。显微根尖手术的器械、材料和手术方式有别于传统方法，故其临床护理配合有其独特之处。本文将结合临床病例和实际操作，从术前准备、术中配合和术后护理等方面就现代显微根尖手术的器械配置和临床护理要点做一总结。

With the growing advances and popularity of novel materials and therapeutic devices , dental operating microscope and microsurgical endodontic instruments have been used in endodontic practice and led to the obvious improvement of success rate in conventional root canal therapy . However, there are many refractory cases that could not achieve desirable clinical outcomes through conventional root canal therapy, therefore need to be treated by apical surgery. Compared with traditional apical surgery, microsurgical treatment of apical surgery has been served as precise, less invasive, rapid postoperative recovery and other advantages, and will gradually replace the traditional apical surgery. Endodontic apical microsurgery has its own unique characteristics in many aspects such as instruments, materials and clinical care. In this study, we made a summary of device configuration and clinical care points with respect to modern endodontic apical microsurgery through investigating the clinical cases and practices.
