南方电网确定了异步联网的技术路线,计划在2016年实现云南电网与南网主网的异步互联,这将对云南电网的安全稳定运行提出新的挑战。本文深入研究了异步联网对云南电网频率稳定性、功角稳定性、小扰动稳定性和电压稳定性的影响,结果表明,异步联网后云南电网频率稳定问题凸显,需要引起高度重视。文章进一步提出了相关安全稳定控制措施的建议。

China Southern Power Grid has determined the technical route of asynchronous network, and plan to achieve asyn ̄chronous interconnection of Yunnan power system and Southern Power Grid in 2016. This will bring new challenges to the safety and stability of Yunnan power grid. This paper deeply studies the influence of asynchronous network on the frequency stability, power angle stability, small disturbance stability and voltage stability in Yunnan power grid. The results show that, after asynchronous net ̄working, frequency stability problem is very serious, need to pay close attention to. The paper further puts forward safety and stabili ̄ty control measures.
