目的：利用Meta分析方法评价益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产后出血的疗效和安全性。方法检索国内外公开发表的关于益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产后出血的临床试验文献，利用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果采用随机效应模型对13项研究进行Meta分析，益母草注射液联合缩宫素组（治疗组）与单用缩宫素的对照组比较，产后2 h、产后24 h出血量比对照组少，并有统计学意义；治疗组的不良反应发生率较对照组低，并有统计学意义。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产后出血有效、安全。
목적：이용Meta분석방법평개익모초주사액연합축궁소예방부궁산후출혈적료효화안전성。방법검색국내외공개발표적관우익모초주사액연합축궁소예방부궁산후출혈적림상시험문헌，이용RevMan 5.3연건대납입문헌진행Meta분석。결과채용수궤효응모형대13항연구진행Meta분석，익모초주사액연합축궁소조（치료조）여단용축궁소적대조조비교，산후2 h、산후24 h출혈량비대조조소，병유통계학의의；치료조적불량반응발생솔교대조조저，병유통계학의의。결론익모초주사액연합축궁소예방부궁산후출혈유효、안전。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section treated with yimucao injection and pitocin with Meta analysis. Methods The clinical and experimen-tal literatures were retrieved on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section treated with yimucao injection and pitocin published at home and abroad. RevMan 5. 3 software was used for Meta analysis on the included liter-atures. Results The random effect model was adopted for Meta analysis on 13 research projects. In compari-son between the group with the allied therapy of yimucao injection and pitocin group and the control group with simple application of pitocin,the bleeding amount in 2 h and 24 h after delivery was less than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference. The incidence of the adverse reaction in the trial group was lower than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference. Conclusion The allied therapy of yimucao injection and pitocin is effective and safe in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.
