目的:探讨调神健胃汤治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制。方法50只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、柴胡疏肝散组、调神健胃汤组、莫沙必利组5组,除空白对照组外,其余4组采用夹尾刺激法复制功能性消化不良大鼠模型,各组分别给予相应治疗及处理,14 d后测量并计算其胃残留率和小肠推进比,用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)检测其下丘脑及胃肠中胃动素( MTL)、P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,模型组胃残留率升高,小肠推进比降低(P﹤0.05),调神健胃汤组与模型组相比胃残留率降低,小肠推进比升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。模型组胃窦组织及下丘脑中SP、5-HT及小肠组织中MTL的含量与空白对照组比较明显最低( P﹤0.01)。与模型组比较,调神健胃汤组、柴胡疏肝组及莫沙必利组胃窦组织及下丘脑中SP、5-HT及小肠组织中MTL的含量明显升高( P﹤0.01)。与调神健胃汤组比较,柴胡疏肝散组胃窦组织中5-HT及小肠组织中MTL的含量明显降低( P﹤0.05),下丘脑中SP、5-HT及小肠组织中MTL的含量明显降低( P﹤0.05)。结论调神健胃汤能够调节胃、小肠及下丘脑中SP、5-HT、MTL的含量,使胃肠运动恢复,从而达到治疗功能性消化不良的目的。

목적:탐토조신건위탕치료공능성소화불량적작용궤제。방법50지Wistar대서수궤분위공백대조조、모형조、시호소간산조、조신건위탕조、막사필리조5조,제공백대조조외,기여4조채용협미자격법복제공능성소화불량대서모형,각조분별급여상응치료급처리,14 d후측량병계산기위잔류솔화소장추진비,용매련면역흡부시험( ELISA)검측기하구뇌급위장중위동소( MTL)、P물질(SP)、5-간색알(5-HT)적함량。결과여공백대조조비교,모형조위잔류솔승고,소장추진비강저(P﹤0.05),조신건위탕조여모형조상비위잔류솔강저,소장추진비승고,차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。모형조위두조직급하구뇌중SP、5-HT급소장조직중MTL적함량여공백대조조비교명현최저( P﹤0.01)。여모형조비교,조신건위탕조、시호소간조급막사필리조위두조직급하구뇌중SP、5-HT급소장조직중MTL적함량명현승고( P﹤0.01)。여조신건위탕조비교,시호소간산조위두조직중5-HT급소장조직중MTL적함량명현강저( P﹤0.05),하구뇌중SP、5-HT급소장조직중MTL적함량명현강저( P﹤0.05)。결론조신건위탕능구조절위、소장급하구뇌중SP、5-HT、MTL적함량,사위장운동회복,종이체도치료공능성소화불량적목적。
Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tiaoshen Jianwei Decoction to func-tional dyspepsia( FD ). Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group,model group,Chaihu Shugan San group,Tiaoshen Jianwei Decoction group,Mosaprid group. All the rats,expect for the control group,were induced of the FD rat models by clasping their tails. The rats were given corresponding medication and relevant therapy for 14 days. Rate of food rest in stomach and the rate of small intestine move distance were measured,and SP,5 -HT,MTL were detected with ELISA. Results Compared with control group,the rate of food rest in stomach increased and the rate of small intestine move distance decreased in model group(P﹤0. 05). All of the SP,5-HT and MTL decreased significantly(P﹤0. 01)in model group;after treatment with Tiaoshen Jianwei Decoction,the rate of food rest in stomach decreased,the rate of small intestine move distance increased(P﹤0. 05),and all of the SP,5-HT and MTL increased significantly(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion Tiaoshen Jianwei Decoction can regulate the levels of SP and 5-HT in stomach,MTL in small intestine and the three brain-gut peptide in the brain,thus recovering the function of gastrointestinal motility to treat FD.
