目的：探讨频率相同的情况下不同波形的低频声波对足三里穴微循环及经皮氧分压的影响。方法在30例健康人的足三里穴附近，播放频率相同（58.27 Hz）、波形不同（方波、正弦波、三角波）的低频声波，以激光多普勒血流仪分析循经穴位的微循环及经皮氧分压的变化，统计分析试验数据。结果频率相同波形不同的低频声波对足三里穴的微循环、经皮氧分压有不同影响，方波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压降低，三角波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压略升高，正弦波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压显著升高，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。结论不同波形的低频声波可以对穴位产生不同的影响，类似于针灸的不同补泻手法。
목적：탐토빈솔상동적정황하불동파형적저빈성파대족삼리혈미순배급경피양분압적영향。방법재30례건강인적족삼리혈부근，파방빈솔상동（58.27 Hz）、파형불동（방파、정현파、삼각파）적저빈성파，이격광다보륵혈류의분석순경혈위적미순배급경피양분압적변화，통계분석시험수거。결과빈솔상동파형불동적저빈성파대족삼리혈적미순배、경피양분압유불동영향，방파사혈위미순배량、경피양분압강저，삼각파사혈위미순배량、경피양분압략승고，정현파사혈위미순배량、경피양분압현저승고，조간비교차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.01）。결론불동파형적저빈성파가이대혈위산생불동적영향，유사우침구적불동보사수법。
Objective To explore the impacts on microcirculation at Zusanli( ST36 )and transcuta-neous oxygen pressure with low frequency acoustic wave under different waveforms,but with same frequency. Methods The low frequency acoustic wave was released near to Zusanli(ST36)with same frequency(58. 27 Hz)and different waveforms( square wave,sine wave and triangular wave)in 30 healthy people. The laser Doppler blood flow instrument was used to analyze the changes in the microcirculation at the meridian point and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The experimental data were analyzed statistically. Results The low fre-quency acoustic wave of different waveforms at same frequency induced the different impacts on the microcir-culation at Zusanli(ST36)and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The square wave induces the decrease of mi-crocirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure,the triangular wave induced the slight increase of mi-crocirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure and the sine wave caused the significant increase of microcirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The differences were significantly among the groups(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion The low frequency acoustic wave of different waveforms induces the different impacts at acupoint,which is similar to the effect of different reinforcing and reducing needling techniques.
