目的:制备蜂胶小分子凝胶剂,并建立其含量测定方法。方法以小分子凝胶为基质制备蜂胶小分子凝胶剂,并采用分光光度法测定其中主要药效成分总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁检测浓度在3.96~31.68μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.88%(RSD=1.00%,n=6)。结论蜂胶小分子凝胶剂制备工艺稳定可行,建立的含量测定方法操作简便、可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적:제비봉효소분자응효제,병건립기함량측정방법。방법이소분자응효위기질제비봉효소분자응효제,병채용분광광도법측정기중주요약효성분총황동적함량。결과호정검측농도재3.96~31.68μg/ml범위내여봉면적선성관계량호(r=0.9999),평균가양회수솔위98.88%(RSD=1.00%,n=6)。결론봉효소분자응효제제비공예은정가행,건립적함량측정방법조작간편、가고,괄용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective To develop the preparations of propolis small molecule gel,and to establish content determination methods. Methods With small molecule gel as the matrix,the preparation of propolis small molecule gel were developed,and the content of total saponins from the preparation was determined by spectrophotometry. Results Good linear relation was achieved when the detection concentration range of ru-tin was 3. 96~31. 68 μg/ml(r=0. 999 9),the average recovery was 98. 88%(RSD=1. 00%,n=6). Con-clusion The preparation process of propolis small molecule gel is stable and feasible. The established meth-od for the content determination is simple,reliable,and suitable for content determination and quality control of the preparation.
