目的：观察中药外洗治疗化疗引起的周围神经毒性的疗效。方法500例化疗导致周围神经毒性的患者随机分成两组，每组250例。治疗组予以中药外洗（主要成分为当归、丹参、鸡血藤、羌活、威灵仙等），对照组给予口服维生素B12及维生素E治疗，以10 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率91.2%，对照组治疗后总有效率83.6%，治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；两组均未出现与治疗相关的不良反应。结论中药外用治疗化疗药物引起的周围神经毒性疗效显著，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰중약외세치료화료인기적주위신경독성적료효。방법500례화료도치주위신경독성적환자수궤분성량조，매조250례。치료조여이중약외세（주요성분위당귀、단삼、계혈등、강활、위령선등），대조조급여구복유생소B12급유생소E치료，이10 d위1개료정。결과치료조치료후총유효솔91.2%，대조조치료후총유효솔83.6%，치료조치료후총유효솔고우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；량조균미출현여치료상관적불량반응。결론중약외용치료화료약물인기적주위신경독성료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine external washing therapy on pe-ripheral neurotoxicity induced by chemotherapy. Methods Five hundred cases of peripheral neurotoxicity were randomized into two groups,250 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the Chinese medicine wash-ing therapy( ingredients:angelica sinensis,salvia miltiorrhiza,caulis spatholobi,rhizome seu radix notoptery-gii,radix clematidis,etc. )was applied. In the control group,vitamin B12 and vitamin E were prescribed for o-ral administration. The treatment for 10 days made 1 session. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 91. 2% in the treatment group and was 83. 6% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treat-ment group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0. 05). The relevant adverse reactions were not dis-covered in the two groups. Conclusion Chinese medicine washing therapy achieves the significant efficacy on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
