研究不同基质(红土、草炭土、河沙)和不同激素处理(IBA 0.05%、0.1%;NAA 0.05%、0.1%)对粉花绣线菊扦插生根的影响。结果表明,生根率依基质、激素种类和浓度的不同而有明显差异。所选用的基质中红土最好,生根率为100%;在激素处理中,0.05%的 NAA 处理生根率最高,达100%。

This paper study the effect of different matrix (red clay, peat soil, sand) and different hormone (IBA 0.05%, 0.1%; NAA 0.05%, 0.1%) on rooting of cuttings of Spiraea japonica. Test results showed that the rooting rates varied with the types and concentrations of matrixes and hormones. Red clay was better for rooting than other matrixes and the average rate of rooting was 100%. 0.05% NAA was beneficial to rooting and the average rate of rooting was 100%.
