目的：了解中医皮肤科医师对皮肤病中医病名的熟悉程度和中西医病名对照的认可程度。方法采用问卷调查的方法，参加中华中医药学会皮肤科分会第十次学术年会的委员对69个皮肤病中医病名的熟悉度以及中西医病名对照的认可度进行调查、分析。结果调查收到114份问卷，排除6份不完整问卷，共分析108份问卷。中医病名熟悉度大于90%的占46.4%，大于80%的占69.6%，大于70%的占81.2%。中西医病名对照认可度大于90%的占5.8%，大于80%的占56.5%，大于70%的占73.9%。相关性分析发现，中医病名的熟悉度与中西医病名对照的认可度存在正相关（rp ＝0.905，P＝0.000）。结论中医皮肤科医师对常见皮肤病中医病名的熟悉程度较高，对中医病名对照的形成了一定程度的共识，但是在中医病名与西医病名一一对应中各自病名所指代的疾病内容，尤其是中医病名的内涵，需要进一步详细的研究。
목적：료해중의피부과의사대피부병중의병명적숙실정도화중서의병명대조적인가정도。방법채용문권조사적방법，삼가중화중의약학회피부과분회제십차학술년회적위원대69개피부병중의병명적숙실도이급중서의병명대조적인가도진행조사、분석。결과조사수도114빈문권，배제6빈불완정문권，공분석108빈문권。중의병명숙실도대우90%적점46.4%，대우80%적점69.6%，대우70%적점81.2%。중서의병명대조인가도대우90%적점5.8%，대우80%적점56.5%，대우70%적점73.9%。상관성분석발현，중의병명적숙실도여중서의병명대조적인가도존재정상관（rp ＝0.905，P＝0.000）。결론중의피부과의사대상견피부병중의병명적숙실정도교고，대중의병명대조적형성료일정정도적공식，단시재중의병명여서의병명일일대응중각자병명소지대적질병내용，우기시중의병명적내함，수요진일보상세적연구。
Objective To study the familiarity of TCM terms of 69 skin diseases and the recognition in comparison with the terms of integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods The questionnaire sur-vey was adopted to investigate and analyze the familiarity of TCM terms of 69 skin diseases and the recogni-tion in comparison with the terms of integrated Chinese and western medicine among the committee members participating the 10th academic annual meeting of the Dermatology Branch,China Association of Chinese Medicine. Results One hundred and fourteen questionnaires were collected and 6 of them were excluded be-cause of incompletion. Totally,108 questionnaires were included for analysis. The familiarity of TCM disease term that was calculated over 90% accounted for 46. 4%,that over 80% for 69. 6% and that over 70% for 81. 2%. The recognition in comparison with the terms of integrated Chinese and western medicine that was o-ver 90% accounted for 5. 8%,that over 80% for 56. 5% and that over 70% for 73. 9%. The correlation a-nalysis discovered that the positive correlation presented between the familiarity of TCM disease term and the recognition in comparison with the terms of integrated Chinese and western medicine(rp =0. 905,P=0. 000). Conclusion The dermatologists of TCM have high familiarity of the TCM terms of common skin diseases and have the common recognition in comparison. The further study is required to determine the connotation of TCM disease terms in comparison with the corresponding terms of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
