Kawasaki disease(KD)%25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]%T cell subsets%coronary artery lesion
目的:通过检测川崎病(KD)急性期血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平及T细胞亚群,探讨其与KD冠脉损害的关系及可能机制。方法选取西安市儿童医院的KD患儿35例为病例组,依据心脏超声检查结果分为冠脉损害组(CAL)9例和非冠脉损害组( NCAL)26例;选取正常查体儿童25例为对照组。分别检测其急性期血清25-( OH) D3值;同期检测CAL组及NCAL组T淋巴细胞亚群,并对结果进行分析。结果 CAL组血清25-( OH) D3水平明显高于NCAL组,经比较有显著性差异(t=3.681,P=0.001)。 CAL组CD4/CD8明显高于NCAL组,经比较亦有显著性差异(t=2.032,P=0.050)。结论25-(OH) D3参与KD冠脉损害的发生,可能与其影响T细胞亚群分布有关。

목적:통과검측천기병(KD)급성기혈청25-간유생소D3[25-(OH)D3]수평급T세포아군,탐토기여KD관맥손해적관계급가능궤제。방법선취서안시인동의원적KD환인35례위병례조,의거심장초성검사결과분위관맥손해조(CAL)9례화비관맥손해조( NCAL)26례;선취정상사체인동25례위대조조。분별검측기급성기혈청25-( OH) D3치;동기검측CAL조급NCAL조T림파세포아군,병대결과진행분석。결과 CAL조혈청25-( OH) D3수평명현고우NCAL조,경비교유현저성차이(t=3.681,P=0.001)。 CAL조CD4/CD8명현고우NCAL조,경비교역유현저성차이(t=2.032,P=0.050)。결론25-(OH) D3삼여KD관맥손해적발생,가능여기영향T세포아군분포유관。
Objective To detect serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3] levels and T cell subsets in acute phase of Kawasaki disease ( KD) and to analyze the relationship between them and KD coronary artery damage as well as possible mechanisms.Methods According to echocardiography, 35 cases of KD in Xi’an Children’s Hospital were divided into coronary artery lesion (CAL) group (n=9) and non-coronary artery lesion (NCAL) group (n=26).Another 25 cases of healthy children were selected as controls.Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels at acute phase and T lymphocyte subsets were detected for data analysis.Results Serum 25-( OH) D3 level of CAL group was significantly higher than that of NCAL group (t=3.681, P=0.001).At the same time, CD4/CD8 was significantly higher in CAL group than in NCAL group (t=2.032,P=0.050).Conclusion The study shows that 25-(OH)D3 participates in KD coronary artery damage, which may due to its influence on the distribution of T cell subsets.
