目的：探讨影响声带良性病变手术疗效的相关危险因素，为临床提供参考。方法回顾性分析深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院耳鼻喉科2011年1月~2013年3月收治的行手术治疗的声带良性病患者72例的临床资料，对影响治愈率的相关因素进行单因素分析，并将有统计学意义的单因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示，病变范围、单双侧声带病变、手术方式、术前声带是否肥厚、术后是否应用激素及术后是否嗓音锻炼是影响声带良性病变手术疗效的危险因素，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示，病变范围、单双侧声带病变、手术方式、术前声带是否肥厚等指标是影响声带良性病变手术疗效的独立危险因素，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病变范围、单双侧声带病变、手术方式、术前声带是否肥厚等指标是影响声带良性病变手术疗效的独立危险因素。
목적：탐토영향성대량성병변수술료효적상관위험인소，위림상제공삼고。방법회고성분석심수시룡강구제이인민의원이비후과2011년1월~2013년3월수치적행수술치료적성대량성병환자72례적림상자료，대영향치유솔적상관인소진행단인소분석，병장유통계학의의적단인소진행다인소비조건Logistic회귀분석。결과단인소분석현시，병변범위、단쌍측성대병변、수술방식、술전성대시부비후、술후시부응용격소급술후시부상음단련시영향성대량성병변수술료효적위험인소，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。다인소비조건Logistic회귀분석현시，병변범위、단쌍측성대병변、수술방식、술전성대시부비후등지표시영향성대량성병변수술료효적독립위험인소，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론병변범위、단쌍측성대병변、수술방식、술전성대시부비후등지표시영향성대량성병변수술료효적독립위험인소。
Objective To explore the associated risk factor influencing the curative effect for benign lesion of vocal cord to provide reference for clinic. Methods Clinical data of 72 patients with benign lesion of vocal cord treated in department of otorhinolaryngology of the Second People’s Hospital of Longgang District in Shenzhen City from January 2011 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,the related factor for influencing the cure rate was conducted a sin-gle factor analysis,and single factor having statistical significance was conducted many factors of unconditional Logistic regression analysis. Results Single factor analysis showed that scope lesion,single and double side vocal cord lesion, surgical approach,whether preoperative vocal cord with hypertrophy or not,whether applying hormone after operation or not,and whether postoperative voice exercise or not were risk factors of influencing the curative effect for benign lesion of vocal cord,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Many factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis re-vealed that scope lesion,single and double side vocal cord lesion,surgical approach,whether preoperative vocal cord with hypertrophy or not and other indicators were independent risk factors of influencing the curative effect for benign lesion of vocal cord,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Scope lesion,single and double side vocal cord lesion,surgical approach,whether preoperative vocal cord with hypertrophy or not and other indicators were independent risk factors of influencing the curative effect for benign lesion of vocal cord.
