对云南某煤泥及其浮选后的精矿、尾矿进行了沉降试验研究。结果表明:单一的有机絮凝剂或无机凝聚剂都不能获得好的沉降效果;无机凝聚剂CSUX2和有机絮凝剂CSUX3组合使用,可获得较好的沉降效果,且宜先添加有机絮凝剂,后添加无机絮凝剂,添加时间间隔为3 min。随着CSUX3用量增加,沉降比增大。但当絮凝剂用量达到一定值时,会出现峰值,此后再增加絮凝剂用量,沉降效果反而下降。煤泥颗粒越大,沉降效果越好。在组合药剂CSUX3+CSUX2用量相同的情况下,煤泥尾矿沉降效果优于煤泥精矿。

대운남모매니급기부선후적정광、미광진행료침강시험연구。결과표명:단일적유궤서응제혹무궤응취제도불능획득호적침강효과;무궤응취제CSUX2화유궤서응제CSUX3조합사용,가획득교호적침강효과,차의선첨가유궤서응제,후첨가무궤서응제,첨가시간간격위3 min。수착CSUX3용량증가,침강비증대。단당서응제용량체도일정치시,회출현봉치,차후재증가서응제용량,침강효과반이하강。매니과립월대,침강효과월호。재조합약제CSUX3+CSUX2용량상동적정황하,매니미광침강효과우우매니정광。
Sedimentation performance of the coal slime from Yunnan, and its flotation products including the concentrate and the tailings, were studied. The results suggest that particles settle slowly with the single addition of organic flocculant or inorganic coagulants, but the sedimentation performance can be improved with a combined usage of an inorganic coagulant CSUX2 and an organic flocculant CSUX3, which should be better added 3 minutes prior to CSUX2. The settling ratio increased with the increasing dosage of CSUX3 until a peak appeared when the dosage reached a certain value, thereafter, the performance became worse with the excessive addition of CSUX3. Better sedimentation effect can as well be expected for the coarser coal slime particles, and the sedimentation behavior of the tailings is better than the coal concentrate with the same dosage of combined reagent of CSUX3 and CSUX2.
