目的：观察自拟散寒通痹汤配合针灸治疗膝关节痛痹的临床疗效。方法80例诊断为膝关节痛痹患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例给予口服散寒通痹汤配合针灸治疗，对照组40例给予口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片和万通筋骨片治疗，两组均以30 d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后进行临床疗效比较，并进行安全性观察。结果治疗后疼痛程度评分比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（ P﹤0.01）；治疗组疼痛疗效及疾病疗效明显优于对照组（ P﹤0.01）。结论自拟散寒通痹汤配合针灸治疗膝关节痛痹临床疗效显著，无明显不良反应及毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰자의산한통비탕배합침구치료슬관절통비적림상료효。방법80례진단위슬관절통비환자수궤분위량조，치료조40례급여구복산한통비탕배합침구치료，대조조40례급여구복쌍록분산납완석편화만통근골편치료，량조균이30 d위1개료정，치료2개료정후진행림상료효비교，병진행안전성관찰。결과치료후동통정도평분비교，치료조명현우우대조조（ P﹤0.01）；치료조동통료효급질병료효명현우우대조조（ P﹤0.01）。결론자의산한통비탕배합침구치료슬관절통비림상료효현저，무명현불량반응급독부작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effect of Sanhantongbi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee arthritis. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with knee arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups:40 cases in the treatment group,40 cases in the control group. Treatment group were given oral Sanhantongbi Decoction combined with acupuncture,the control group was given oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets and Wantong Jingu tablets in the treatment. The two groups re-ceived 30 days of treatment as 1 course of treatment. Clinical effects were compared after 2 courses of treat-ment,and security was observed. Results compared the scores of pain after the treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0. 01);curative effect analysis of pain in 2 groups, treatment group total effectiveness 92. 5%,the comparison group total effectiveness 67. 5%,pain treatment group significantly better than the control group(P﹤0. 01);curative effect analysis of disease in 2 groups, treatment group total effectiveness 92. 5%,the comparison group total effectiveness 70%,the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P﹤0. 01). In the observation process,the 2 groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Self-prepared Sanhantongbi Decoction combined with acupuncture on knee is effective in treating arthritis without obvious adverse reactions and side effects,thus is worthy of clinical application.
