采用表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠( SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠( LAS)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚( TX-100)和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯( Tween-80)洗涤柴油污染土壤,研究了表面活性剂浓度、pH值、助剂硅酸钠浓度、液固比、洗涤时间、搅拌强度和温度对污染土壤洗涤效果的影响。研究结果表明,SDS、LAS、TX-100和Tween-80最佳浓度分别为3,4,0.8和0.06 g/L;助剂硅酸钠浓度对阴离子表面活性剂( SDS、LAS)洗涤基本没有影响,但较高的硅酸钠浓度(大于5 g/L)对非离子表面活性剂( TX-100、Tween-80)洗涤有强化作用;在pH>6、搅拌强度200 r/min、液固比20∶1、常温搅拌30 min条件下,LAS的洗涤效果显著,柴油去除率可达90%以上。

Surfactants including SDS, LAS, TX-100 and Tween-80 were used as detergents for washing diesel?oil?contaminated soil. The influences of surfactant concentration, pH value, sodium silicate concentration, liquid/solid ratio, washing time, stirring speed and temperature on the washing effect were studied. It was demonstrated that the optimum surfactant concentration was 3 g/L, 4 g/L, 0.8 g/L and 0.06 g/L for SDS, LAS, TX-100 and Tween-80, respectively. Sodium silicate exhibited no effect on the washing performance of anion surfactants ( SDS or LAS ) , but relatively higher concentration of sodium silicate (>5 g/L) enhanced the washing effects of non?ionic surfactants ( TX-100 or Tween-80) on diesel?oil?contaminated soil. Under the conditions of pH>6, stirring speed at 200 r/min, liquid/solid ratio as 20∶1, washing at room temperature for 30 min showed an evident washing efficiency of LAS, resulting in removing rate of diesel oil up to 90%.
