以铁精矿粉为供铁剂,使用工业废渣氨浸渣、钼酸钙进行了直接还原冶炼钼铁实验研究,分析了氨浸渣及钼酸钙加入量对碱度、冶炼周期、金属回收率、冶炼温度的影响。结果表明,钼酸钙含量增加,碱度提高,金属回收率上升,冶炼周期随之降低;氨浸渣加入量增加,冶炼温度下降。在1500℃,CaMoO4/氨浸渣质量比1.5,碱度1.2时,冶炼效果较好。
以鐵精礦粉為供鐵劑,使用工業廢渣氨浸渣、鉬痠鈣進行瞭直接還原冶煉鉬鐵實驗研究,分析瞭氨浸渣及鉬痠鈣加入量對堿度、冶煉週期、金屬迴收率、冶煉溫度的影響。結果錶明,鉬痠鈣含量增加,堿度提高,金屬迴收率上升,冶煉週期隨之降低;氨浸渣加入量增加,冶煉溫度下降。在1500℃,CaMoO4/氨浸渣質量比1.5,堿度1.2時,冶煉效果較好。
이철정광분위공철제,사용공업폐사안침사、목산개진행료직접환원야련목철실험연구,분석료안침사급목산개가입량대감도、야련주기、금속회수솔、야련온도적영향。결과표명,목산개함량증가,감도제고,금속회수솔상승,야련주기수지강저;안침사가입량증가,야련온도하강。재1500℃,CaMoO4/안침사질량비1.5,감도1.2시,야련효과교호。
With iron concentrate powder as iron?addition agent, the industrial residue including ammonia leach residue and calcium?molybdate were used in the experiment for preparing ferromolybdenum by direct reduction process. The effect of addition of ammonia leach residue and calcium?molybdate on alkalinity, smelting time, metal recovery rate, and smelting temperature was investigated in the tests. It is found that increasing the addition of calcium molybdate can lead to the alkalinity increased and metal recovery rate improved, thus smelting time shortened, while increasing the amount of ammonia leach residue can result in a drop in the smelting temperature. It can be seen that a better result was obtained at the smelting temperature of 1 500 ℃, with alkalinity of 1.2 and the mass ratio of CaMoO4 to ammonia leach residue at 1.5.
