The processing flowsheet of a polymetallic ore from Yunnan was examined and major problems hindering the processing efficiency were identified based on the analysis of the on?site operation data, with some corresponding advises proposed. The beneficiation flowsheet can therewith be optimized to guarantee the effective and steady operation of production processes, and these measures can as well be referred for further technical reconstruction of the plant.
