针对印尼海砂矿,采用有机粘结剂和膨润土复合的方式进行造球。试验表明,造球压力10 MPa、水分10%、矿粉粒度0.10~0.15 mm、有机粘结剂0.5%、膨润土1%条件下,即能获得较好的生球质量,该造球方法大大降低了膨润土使用量,并降低了对造球用矿粉粒度的要求。焙烧试验表明,球团在预热温度950℃,预热时间30 min的情况下,能获得较高强度的抗压强度;焙烧温度1220℃,焙烧时间20 min时,能得到较好的焙烧效果,升高焙烧温度或延长焙烧时间,球团均出现黏结现象。

The preparation process of oxidized pellets with Indonesian beach placer was studied. Based on the poor properties of placer, a composite binder consisting of an organic binder and bentonite was adopted in the test. Test showed that the green pellet with good quality could be prepared at the pressure of 10 MPa, with moisture content of 10%, powder size within the range of 0. 10~0. 15 mm, dosage of organic binder and bentonite at 0. 5% and 1%respectively, which dramatically reduced the dosage of bentonite and lower the requirement for the grain size. In the following roasting test, pre?heating of the pellet at 950 ℃ for 30 min resulted in a higher compressive strength, and roasting at 1 220 ℃ for 20 min brought in a good effect. However, a further rise in the roasting temperature and a prolonged roasting time led to a melt?adhesion of pellet.
