目的：探讨高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年12月本院收治的36例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象，给予高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤进行治疗。比较治疗前后的MMSE和ADL评分。结果治疗后的MMSE量表评分及ADL量表评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。根据尼莫地平法计算分数显示，治疗后认知功能改善的总有效率为86.11%，行为能力改善的总有效率为80.56%。结论高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤是一种有效的治疗血管性痴呆方法。
목적：탐토고압양연합활혈전정보신탕치료혈관성치태적림상효과。방법선취2013년4월~2014년12월본원수치적36례혈관성치태환자작위연구대상，급여고압양연합활혈전정보신탕진행치료。비교치료전후적MMSE화ADL평분。결과치료후적MMSE량표평분급ADL량표평분현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。근거니막지평법계산분수현시，치료후인지공능개선적총유효솔위86.11%，행위능력개선적총유효솔위80.56%。결론고압양연합활혈전정보신탕시일충유효적치료혈관성치태방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huoxue Tianjing Bushen de-coction in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD). Methods 36 patients with VD from April 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huoxue Tianjing Bushen decoction.The score of MMSE and ADL before and after treatment was compared. Results The score of MMSE and ADL after treat-ment was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).According to the Nimodipine method to calculate scores,the total effective rate of cognitive function improvement after treatment was 86.11%,the total effective rate of behavior ability improvement after treatment was 80.56%. Conclusion Hyperbola oxygen combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine is an effective method in the treatment of vascular dementia.
