考虑堆浸过程中溶液流动和岩石骨架的弹性变形,发展了一弹性变形模型。在常水头情况下,用Comsol Multiphysics数值模拟软件求解相应的定解问题。数值模拟结果给出了浸出过程中矿堆内部的弹性变形规律,以及溶剂浓度与溶质浓度的分布规律。

With the fluid flow and the elastic deformation of rock skeleton during heap leaching process taken into account, an elastic deformation model is developed. In the case of constant head, Comsol Multiphysics software is used to solve relevant definite solution problems. The simulation results tell the regularity of elastic deformation inside the leaching ore heap and the distribution regularity of the concentrations of the reagent and solute.
