余额宝作为基于互联网金融的创造性尝试给金融市场带来了巨大的冲击。通过PEST工具对余额宝所处的宏观环境进行分析，发现余额宝去中介化的互联网金融形式已是金融市场发展的趋势。但是社会信用缺失、风险披露和揭示不充分、法律合规风险等问题层出不穷，给监管部门提出了新的挑战，应采取加强互联网金融的信用管理体系建设、建立与余额宝相适应的存款保险制度、完善互联网金融的法律体系等措施予以完善。

Through PEST analysis tools,this paper analyzes the macro environment of balance treasure,finds balance treasure disintermediation Internet financial form is the trend of the development of the financial markets. However,issues emerge in endlessly,such as the lack of social credit,risk disclosure and reveal inadequate,and le-gal compliance risks,this presents new opportunities and challenges for regulatory authorities. So regulators should strengthen the construction of Internet financial credit management system,establish deposit insurance system which can corresponded to the balance treasure,and improve the legal system of Internet financial.
