风电负荷预测系统对风电大规模接入后电网的供电品质、供电可靠性有重要意义;针对目前云南省风功率预测还处于起步阶段的情况,对目前云南省风电功率预测系统中的数据采集系统、统计及报表功能、界面功能、预测功能、风场预测情况统计分析这5方面的现状及存在的问题进行分析,并对风功率预测系统的管理及优化提出改善意见。

The wind power forecasting system is of important significance to the quality and reliability of power supply after a large scale of wind power connecting to the grid. In view of the wind power forecasting in Yunnan Province is still in the initial stage, this paper analysis the status quo and existing problems in the following five aspects in wind power forecasting system: data acquisition system, statistics and reporting function, interface function, forecasting function and wind power forecasting situation statistics, then proposes the opinions on improving the management and optimization of the wind power forecasting system.
