目的:观察银杏叶注射液对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(tSA H )的疗效及脑脊液 S100B的影响。方法80例tSA H患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶注射液,疗程14 d。治疗前后采用ELISA法检测脑脊液S100B蛋白变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脑脊液S100B蛋白在入院3~14 d均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶注射液对 tSAH疗效显著,能明显降低脑脊液S100B蛋白水平。

목적:관찰은행협주사액대외상성주망막하강출혈(tSA H )적료효급뇌척액 S100B적영향。방법80례tSA H환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조40례。대조조급여상규치료,관찰조재대조조기출상급여은행협주사액,료정14 d。치료전후채용ELISA법검측뇌척액S100B단백변화,비교2조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조뇌척액S100B단백재입원3~14 d균명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론은행협주사액대 tSAH료효현저,능명현강저뇌척액S100B단백수평。
Objective To observe curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection and S100B of cerebrospinal fluid on patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH) .Methods 80 cases with tSAH were randomly divided into two groups ,40 cases in each group .Control group was given conventional treatment ,and the observation group received ginkgo biloba injec‐tion on the basis of control group with 14‐day treatment period .The changes of cerebrospinal fluid S100B was monitored by ELISA method before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05);S100B protein of cerebrospinal fluid in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05) during hospital between 3 to 14 days .Conclu‐sion The curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection in treatment of the tSAH is obvious ,which can reduce the level of S100B in cerebrospinal fluid .
